The Company is seeking a results-driven and innovative Commercial and Corporate Affairs Manager to lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and export markets.

Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all human resource management records, including employee files, and leave allotment and computation to enhance a modern and efficient records management system for the ITA.

The incumbent manages the Performance Management and Appraisal System (PMAS) by facilitating planning sessions, conducting staff training, ensuring work plan compliance, and maintaining confidential records to drive organizational change.

The incumbent manages leave administration and staff benefits by verifying entitlements, processing NIS/NHT contributions, and liaising with payroll to ensure accurate payments and compliance with labor laws and industrial relations.

Provides management analysis and organisation development services to the Island Traffic Authority (ITA) with a view to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations.
