Under the general direction of the Ministry Comptroller, the Management Accountant manages and controls the operations of the payroll, payables, debt collection and receivables sections of the department.
The Clerk II is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions and information. Provide accounting support through the processing, analysis, investigation and review of Accounting, Financial and Qualitative information.
The Financial Analyst manages month-end closes, prepares journal entries and budgets, conducts variance and cost analyses, maintains fixed assets and technical schedules, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
Leads the audit and assessment of internal policies and procedures to monitor adherence to internal control and functioning to maintain the integrity of the ITA and its operations.
Prepares the ITA’s accounts and for the timely submission of accurate and complete monthly and annual financial statements to the Auditor General and the Financial Secretary.
