The position reports to the Vice President, Trust Services and is responsible for providing Trust administration support to the Trust Services Team and administering less complex Trusts.

The incumbent partners with the CIO to drive technology vision and strategy, overseeing IT governance, budgets, and project management while managing vendor relationships and leading continuous improvement initiatives to align with business goals.
The incumbent manages food service staff, schedules, and training; oversees meal preparation and distribution; enforces sanitation standards; and conducts quality control checks and patient satisfaction surveys.
The incumbent is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering programmes of therapy following referral from a physician, with the goal of facilitating the resumption of patients’ former life roles in a full or altered capacity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing longitudinal care for patients within a multi-disciplinary team. Clinical work will be performed in the MWI programme(s) as allocated in consultation with the Chief of Psychiatry.
Under the supervision of the Multidisciplinary Mental Health Team, the Community Support Worker will be expected to provide ongoing support, daily care and assistance to persons with mental illness, to ensure that they achieve their maximum potential
