The position reports to the VP, Credit within Corporate Banking, and will be responsible for the management of all aspects of Credit within the Corporate Banking Client Portfolio.
Reporting to the Corporate Banking Senior Management Team the role is responsible for the implementation and oversight of both Group and Departmental specific procedural controls pertaining to Corporate Banking.
The incumbent processes teller transactions, manages end-of-day cash balancing, resolves client concerns, and promotes bank products to meet targets while maintaining high professional and customer service standards.
