Under the general guidance of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the broad day-to-day operational activities that enable project execution in an effective and timely manner.
To manage all aspects of façade works on a construction project, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of façade installation in line with design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
To manage all aspects of health and safety across the construction site, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a culture of safety among employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
The incumbent supports strategic project planning and execution by developing frameworks, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring implementation, securing funding, and ensuring alignment with national policies and Ministry goals.
