The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance of an effective cash management system and for controlling expenditure within the limits of the approved budget and warrant allocation in respect of the MJCA’s Recurrent and Capital C Heads.

The incumbent provides strategic leadership in policy formulation and governance reform, ensuring justice sector development and human rights mainstreaming are aligned with national goals and international obligations to advise top Ministry officials

The incumbent leads audit teams in executing complex internal assessments and provides expert consultancy services to the MOJ, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and organizational governance.

The incumbent provides high-level administrative support to the SDJRI by managing complex logistics, safeguarding confidential records, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and assisting with research, budgeting, and project monitoring.
