Under the direction of the Manager, Payroll the incumbent researches, prepares refund contribution and other statutory confirmation letters and, maintains the salaries cash book.

The Bank Reconciliation Officer is responsible for reconciling all banking transactions for a range of bank accounts operated by the MOJ and its subjects to ensure timely completion of financial reports.

The incumbent leads and manages parish-level victim support services, ensuring effective case management, stakeholder engagement, staff supervision, and the delivery of high-quality psychosocial and rehabilitative support to victims.

The incumbent provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director by managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, databases, reports, stakeholder communication, and office operations to ensure efficiency and coordination.

The incumbent manages the Director’s office operations, provides confidential administrative support, coordinates meetings and communications, conducts research and data analysis, and maintains records, calendars, and the CCJ Section’s budget.

Under the supervision of the Records Analyst, the Records Officer is responsible for providing records and information management support/services for the efficient operations of the Registry.
