The incumbent designs, develops, and evaluates interactive learning solutions, monitors project plans and budgets, supports content production, facilitates multi-format workshops, and analyzes KPIs to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Under the general direction of the Line Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible reporting defects in the Transmission & Distribution Network to the Network Supervisor/Line Superintendent/T& D Engineer and Conduct New Service Investigations.
Under the general supervision of the Quality Control Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible to inspect the products or services created or delivered by GPL and Contractors to ensure they meet all organizations’ requirements and ISO Standards.
Under the general direction of the Senior Technician, the incumbent is responsible for providing technical support and executing work as it relates to all types of Metering Installations and related activities in a safe and efficient manner.
