The incumbent supports strategic alignment, provides legal advice, manages contracts and legal proceedings, represents TPDCo locally and internationally, and ensures compliance with laws, policies, and organizational interests.
As instructed by the General Counsel and the Senior Legal Officer, the incumbent provides high quality legal advice in regards to investigations and resolution of complaints.
