The Public Procurement Specialist is responsible for the implementation of all procurement related activities of all built environment and works projects for the Ministry of Justice and its Departments.

The incumbent leads HR planning, retention, and employee relations, partnering strategically across the Ministry to align with its vision, mission, and the Government of Jamaica’s HR policies.

Under the direction of the Manager, Payroll the incumbent researches, prepares refund contribution and other statutory confirmation letters and, maintains the salaries cash book.

The Bank Reconciliation Officer is responsible for reconciling all banking transactions for a range of bank accounts operated by the MOJ and its subjects to ensure timely completion of financial reports.
