The Ministry of Justice & Constitutional Affairs (MJCA) is seeking to recruit suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Legal Records Research Officer.

 

JOB PURPOSE

To provide legal and administrative support services to the Mobile team and the Legal Unit, assisting Legal officers by researching legal precedents, investigating facts, preparing legal documents, and ensuring consistent and just applications of the law in accordance with the Legal Aid Act and preclusion of legal actions against the Department. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB); 
  • Two (2) years related work experience.
