Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers and institutions throughout the Bahamas and the wider Caribbean. You’ll drive sales, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold our rigorous safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with local healthcare providers across the Caribbean.
• Develop robust account strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Promote our pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, compliance, pharmacovigilance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends, utilization data, and regulatory changes to recommend growth opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/medical device sales or account management, preferably in the Bahamas or Caribbean.
• Reside in the Bahamas or Caribbean.
• Fluency in English—written and spoken.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, generics, or OTC distribution.
• Knowledge of Caribbean healthcare systems, import regulations, and supplier authentication.
