Your job is to:

  • Coach the reps who are putting in the work
  • Hold the rest accountable
  • Make sure leads are moved through the system correctly and consistently
  • You’ll be plugged into a remote international sales team and work directly with the U.S.-based executive team to drive performance and accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach 10–25+ remote outbound sales reps
  • Lead daily 1:1s, performance check-ins, and daily accountability conversations
  • Monitor rep activity and help guide their use of our systems and workflow
  • Support strong performers in closing more deals
  • Keep underperformers on track with clear expectations and follow-through
  • Foster urgency, consistency, and accountability across the virtual team
  • Collaborate with a global sales team and U.S. executive leadership

  • Have led large remote or call center sales teams—ideally in a BPO or outbound telesales environment
  • Are skilled at turning effort into performance through coaching
  • Know how to drive accountability without micromanaging
  • Can keep a remote team focused, aligned, and productive
  • Communicate clearly and work well across time zones and cultures
  • Live in Jamaica and have a stable internet connection for virtual leadership
