Operations Manager

A leading financial institution in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing core service areas including Member Services, Insurance, Branch Operations, and Administration, while working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery, and support long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple departments
• Implement policies and systems to strengthen efficiency and service standards
• Monitor compliance and support risk management practices
• Collaborate with teams to enhance member satisfaction
• Evaluate branch performance and drive improvement initiatives
• Coordinate major corporate events, including Annual and Special General Meetings
• Support community engagement and outreach programs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role (preferably in retail financial services)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy and service excellence
