Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to support our business development team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a performance-based, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales or executive team, ensuring all details are logged accurately in the CRM.
• Research and identify potential clients in target markets (healthcare, legal, small business, professional services).
• Maintain and update lead lists using CRM tools
• Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track and report weekly progress, including leads generated, appointments booked, and show-up rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools
• Ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a remote, independent work setting.
