The incumbent reconciles drop boxes, slot drops, and bank deposits, audits rating cards, and prepares daily gaming and financial reports.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

Drop Box & Table Audit

  • Count, reconcile, and report the table’s drop boxes.
  • Audit table rating cards daily.

Slot Count & Financial Reconciliation

  • Count and reconcile slot machine bill drop.
  • Collect and reconcile slot jackpots and hoppers.
  • Bank Deposits & Daily Cash Reimbursement
  • Verify and prepare cage, slot, and hotel bank deposit.
  • Perform the daily reimbursement of cash funds to the casino cage.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute reports (e.g., Master Gaming Report, Comparison Report) on a daily basis.

Compliance, Professionalism & Physical Requirements

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.
