CORE FUNCTIONS

Team Leadership & Guest Experience

• Ensure staff works collaboratively to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for staff concerns under the Open Door Policy.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure all guest interactions meet company service standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee opening and closing duties (e.g., setting up supplies, cleaning, securing areas).
• Monitor dining areas for seating, service flow, guest safety, and overall ambiance.
• Conduct scheduled inventories; requisition and organize supplies using FIFO practices.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, addressing any deficiencies.
• Complete and submit maintenance work orders as needed.

Staff Management & Compliance

• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining team members.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance standards are maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality, secure company assets, and follow all safety/security protocols.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety certifications.

Physical Requirements & Other Duties

• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; climb stairs, stoop, twist, bend, or reach overhead.
• Move, lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Use fine motor skills for grasping and manipulating tools or objects.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
