Junior Resident (HPC/MO 1) (Accident and Emergency) - Cornwall Regional Hospital

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services of the hospital, in accordance with the Government’s policies, regulations/legal requirements and guidelines and will ensure continuous improvements in the quality of care in the delivery of these health services.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with satisfactory internship 
• Fully registered with the Medical Council of Jamaica 
• A minimum of two (2) years post-graduate experience

• Ability to provide effective leadership and work as part of a team 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with a wide cross section of professionals and organizations
