The incumbent supports food security monitoring and analysis, contributes to reports and briefings, manages data, ensures IPC-compatible assessments, and fosters collaboration with national, sub-national, and international partners.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing day-to-day activities to ensure a prompt and efficient service delivery to customers and ensuring the accurate processing of transactions and instructions
  • Adhering to applicable processes, procedures and information security policies in a timely manner to meet service level agreements 
  • Supporting product delivery, decision-making and making recommendations to support the efficiency of the Central Operations department
  • Collaborating with the leadership team, to advise of successes and areas for improvement
  • Taking responsibility for job responsibilities, performing self-evaluations and providing feedback on own performance.

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • High school graduate, with a minimum of four CXC/GCSE passes preferred
  • A minimum typing speed of 30wpm with high degree of accuracy 
  • The ability to gather relevant information to resolve minor issues or problems and handle high volumes with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
