Position Overview:
The Recovery Officer, Delinquency Management, is responsible for maximizing collection recoveries on assigned accounts while minimizing collection costs and losses within the area. The officer conducts timely and effective follow-up on charged-off accounts in accordance with established bank policies and guidelines, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
The incumbent is expected to employ creativity and initiative in managing problem accounts to encourage customer cooperation while safeguarding the bank’s interests. The incumbent also ensures the delivery of service to both external and internal customers, consistently adhering to the bank’s service standards and code of ethics.
