Supervisor, Electronic Banking

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the VP, Head of Electronic Banking to document and communicate business requirements for new products, programmes and services
• In the absence of the VP, Head of Electronic Banking, leading product related meetings and projects.
• Taking responsibility for liaising with Banking Operations, IT, Service Desk, and other internal teams and third-party providers to ensure adequate, timely and reliable support for existing products, as it relates to customer service
• Reporting, logging, and preparing incident reports . Providing management with completed logs as required
• Providing guidance and direction to the team
• Contributing to the effective utilisation and development of team resources
• Coordinating the distribution of workload and providing weekly progress updates
• Monitoring team performance on an ongoing basis, completing written appraisals when required
• Maintaining a sound knowledge of all approved procedures and policies
• Any other duties in relation to Online Banking, ATM product related matters, and Administration

Your qualifications and skills include:

• High School Diploma or recognised equivalent
• Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience
• Self-motivated, mature, reliable professional with the demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member with a very demanding work environment
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office suite of products; especially Excel and Word
• Proven Supervisory abilities
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
