Reporting to the Trust Manager, the Trust Administrator will work as part of a successful team to service both ultra-high net worth and high-net worth clients.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • assisting team members in the administration of trusts and companies within the Private Client area
  • interacting with third party professionals, both locally and overseas, in a courteous and professional manner
  • processing additions and distributions for structures
  • opening and closing both brokerage and bank accounts for all entities including the completion of necessary forms and compiling of all of the necessary due diligence
  • reviewing bank and brokerage statements for discrepancies and arranging for their filing
  • maintaining a good knowledge of the Bank’s anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism policies and procedures interacting with other departments as necessary
  • remaining knowledgeable about, and adherent to, policies and procedures, the Private Clients Policies and Procedures Manual, the applicable laws, to include but not limited to all money laundering regulations

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • preferably working towards a Bachelor’s degree, or at least two years’ demonstrated relevant experience in the financial industry.
  • willing to work towards membership of STEP or a similar relevant certification.
  • good organisational skills and the ability to meet strict service level agreements and deadlines
  • ability to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • familiar with Microsoft Office products.
