Under the general guidance of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the broad day-to-day operational activities that enable project execution in an effective and timely manner.
The incumbent performs complex clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties, including office management, strategic support, follow-ups, and supervising staff engaged in related tasks.
The incumbent provides clerical, secretarial, and administrative support, including managing meetings, handling mail, maintaining records, performing basic accounting, and preparing documents using relevant software.
