The incumbent balances lodging financial objectives to maximize room revenue and profit by managing pricing, positioning, and inventory, developing sales strategies for all customer segments, and aligning strategy with key stakeholders.
The incumbent analyzes financial data, creates budgets, and manages risks to support strategy, while leading the accounting team, ensuring SOP and tax compliance, overseeing audits, and advising executives and owners on financial performance.
The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out accounting functions including payroll preparation and providing support to the payroll staff to ensure that payroll and other related functions are completed on a timely basis.

The incumbent designs and executes an annual risk-based internal audit plan, conducts performance and compliance audits to safeguard assets, and reports findings and recommendations to management and the audit committee to enhance control systems.
The incumbent manages procurement and asset inventories, processes payment vouchers and travel claims, maintains financial registers, handles GCT and tax withholding compliance via the TAJ portal, and prepares audit schedules.
