The incumbent assists in strategic planning, monitors project performance and expenditures, supports reporting, and evaluates data quality to support evidence-based planning and SDG alignment.
Under the supervision of the Head, Human Resources, the Human Resources Officer would assist in the overall development of the department by contributing to improvements in its systems and procedures and the management of the Bureau’s Human capital.
