The incumbent plans and executes risk-based IT, financial, operational, and compliance audits, evaluates internal controls and risk exposures across enterprise systems and presents findings and recommendations to management and the Audit Committee.

The Senior Public Procurement Officer develops the master procurement plan, manages end-to-end tender processes, coordinates custom clearances and vendor performance, enforces QEMS compliance, and oversees inventory control and staff development.

The incumbent deputizes for the Quality & Environmental Manager, maintains ISO compliance (9001, 14001, 17025), manages the CAPA and risk programs, leads internal audit schedules, updates QEMS documentation, and guides staff on continuous improvement

Supervision of the operational units within the division ensuring that integrity & accuracy is maintained by developing and maintaining control systems and by the effective management of human and financial resources.

The incumbent identifies and secures new business opportunities, promotes specialized products and services, conducts economic and technical evaluations to structure pricing models, and delivers client presentations.
