The Inventory & Procurement Lead is responsible for the strategic and operational management of inventory and procurement functions across Dr. Browns Laboratory, Northshore Medical Laboratory, and Northshore Medical and Aesthetic Center.

The incumbent provides strategic leadership for procurement operations, manages high-value tenders, ensures regulatory and audit compliance, oversees inventory controls and grant management, and directs branch staff performance.

Under the direct supervision of the Director, Human Resource Management and Administration the Senior Public Procurement Officer researches information on prices and procures goods and services requested by the various Departments.

The driver undertakes the transportation needs of the ITA including collection and delivery of mail and documents, transports staff and goods to and from assignments and conducts routine daily/weekly maintenance of the vehicle.

Manages the Authority’s motor vehicle fleet in accordance with ITA policies and objectives and in compliance with established regulations.

Provides assistance in the procurement processes required for acquisition of goods, works and services essential for the operation of the Island Traffic Authority, ensuring the compliance with GoJ procurement legislation, guidelines and procedures

The incumbent manages end-to-end tendering and contracting processes, evaluates vendor bids and performance, maintains audit-ready procurement records, and coordinates regulatory compliance and reporting.

The Driver is responsible to carry out general transportation assignments, delivers and collects mails and prepares reports and maintenance records as it relates to the operation of the vehicle and ensures that it is road worthy.
