The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and technical support and assisting in the administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services in the Authority.
The incumbent installs, maintains, repairs, and calibrates biomedical equipment; supervises technicians; manages inventory and warranties; and develops training for junior staff to ensure optimal equipment operation.
The incumbent assesses patients' psychosocial needs, develops and implements treatment plans, advocates for vulnerable clients, facilitates support groups, and coordinates discharge planning and referrals to social and community services.
