AHP’s next Billing and Customer Relationship Manager will join a close-knit team of mental health professionals committed to the liberation and healing of BIPOC communities and their non-BIPOC allies. You will join a heart-centered, visionary, and social justice minded collective. The role supports our commitment to healing as a thought leader for our billing and collections processes. This includes invoicing, managing client accounts, insurance billing, follow-ups, and ensuring timely payments for the healing services that our clinicians provide. This role is ideal for heart-centered individuals who views financial management as a form of sacred alignment, cultural respect, and communal accountability.
This position calls forth someone who is detail-oriented and values-driven, someone who holds both the numbers and the narratives of sacred work. Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare billing and collections in a healthcare setting, preferably in a mental health or integrative wellness practice. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field from a accredited institution is required. Those with lived experience and a deep commitment to our mission are strongly encouraged to apply.

This individual knows how to navigate insurance systems without losing their sense of self, values confidentiality, and understands the sacred value of money as part of a reciprocal exchange.
