Remote Call Center Sales Representative (Caribbean-Based
We are a U.S.-based company hiring motivated and articulate sales professionals across the Caribbean to work remotely. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to U.S. customers, present our services, overcome objections, and close sales. This is a performance-based position with a competitive hourly rate plus commission.
The ideal candidate speaks clear, fluent English with a professional tone that resonates with U.S. customers. Prior experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. You should be persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements include reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, a noise-canceling USB headset, and availability during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred). Familiarity with CRM software and tracking tools is a plus.
We are especially interested in applicants from Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, the Bahamas, and Belize, but welcome applicants from across the Caribbean. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
