Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Sales (AM, Sales) leads the branch’s retail sales team and plays a vital role in achieving the branch’s overall success. The incumbent is responsible for driving profitable growth, retaining the team’s retail business portfolio, and meeting objectives in sales performance, customer service, human resource management, and operational efficiency.
Success in this role requires setting and achieving challenging but attainable goals, while providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to motivate and develop team members. The AM, Sales also promotes a culture of service excellence through effective daily engagement with customers and employees.
