The Digital & Brand Coordinator designs and manages all visual content and brand assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and supporting marketing strategies.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Digital & Brand Coordinator supports the unified brand presence of Doctors Hospital across digital, print, and customer-facing platforms. This role leads the creation and management of digital content, visual communications, and brand assets to strengthen corporate identity and engage target audiences.

The position requires exceptional graphic design ability, digital fluency, and strong project coordination skills to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output aligned with organizational goals and brand standards.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce design assets for digital, print, social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Create layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts aligned with marketing strategy.
  • Develop graphics for presentations, digital campaigns, product branding, and web use.
  • Support execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Design newsletters, event collateral, and visual advertisements for targeted audiences.
  • Update and maintain branded design elements on the website, intranet, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate workflows, timelines, and production schedules with internal teams.
  • Liaise with agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure quality and timely output.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Brand Manager and Marketing Director.
  • Participate in marketing meetings, events, forums, and community functions.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent customer service standards.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and strong teamwork.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Provide creative support for special projects or internal initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with photography, videography, or event branding when required.
  • Support internal departments with ad hoc creative requests during peak periods.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


EXPERIENCE:

  • Five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in graphic design, digital communications, or brand development.
  • Experience producing digital creative assets, social media content, print collateral, and branded visuals.
  • Experience working with commercial printers, prepress, and production workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.


CERTIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with digital publishing tools, social media platforms, and CMS systems.
  • Proficiency in PC and Mac operating systems.
  • DSLR photography skills preferred.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong creative vision with expertise in layout, typography, and visual communication.
  • Ability to develop digital content, including graphics, motion pieces, and web assets.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, prepress standards, and production processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
