CORE FUNCTIONS

Core Transportation & Errands

• Ensure the transportation of program staff and run errands as directed by the supervisor.
• Transportation services for program staff are provided

Passenger Safety & Vehicle Security

• Ensure that all necessary conditions are met to guarantee the safety of passengers in the program.
• Passenger safety is guaranteed.

Vehicle Maintenance & Documentation

• Ensure that all documents and materials used for the operation of the vehicle are available and functional.
• Documents, materials, registration cards, and emergency kits are available.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and managed.
• The vehicle is well managed

Mail & Courier Services

• Ensure that mail and courier services are carried out according to the supervisor's orders and instructions.
• Mail services are being operated.

Organizational Policies & Professional Standards

• Adhere to World Vision policies and procedures and participate in devotional and chapel services.
• Respect for policies and active presence in devotions and chapel.
• Comply with the Child Protection Policies and all other World Vision Policies and Procedures
• Having a sense of responsibility
• To be flexible, cooperative, and courteous
• To be disciplined, humble, and honest

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to express oneself in French and Creole
• Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in similar functions.
• Having experience in auto mechanics is an asset.
• Having successfully completed 9th grade AF
• Observational skills
• Communication and report writing skills
• The position requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50 % of the time.
• To enjoy good health.
• To have the ability to read and write French and Creole correctly
