Key Responsibilities:

Facilitator of Integral Development

• Responsible for implementing the programmatic proposal in the assigned geographic sector, in alignment with the Area Development Program plans, Organizational Policies and Procedures, and by establishing strong collaborative relationships with local partners in order to generate a sustainable impact on the well-being and tender protection of girls, boys, adolescents, and young people in the area of ??influence.

Requirements:

• University and/or technical training in Social Sciences, Pedagogy, or related fields 
• Knowledge in Project Management 
• Two years of experience in similar positions 
• Partner relations  and volunteering 
• Work with multidisciplinary teams 
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office, Outlook ) 
• Proficiency in facilitation methodologies and techniques
• Motorcycle driver's license
