Handyperson

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining stoves, water sanitizers, nurses call system and filters on air conditioning units
• Replacing light fixtures, bulb tubes, outlets, and switches
• Performing rough carpentry work such as cutting and fashioning parts for furniture and other wooden articles.
• Repairing water taps, toilets, drainpipes and descales equipment as necessary.
• Assisting tradesmen when carrying out specific function in the area, i.e., mason, painter, electrician, carpenter, plumber, or air conditioning technician.

Qualifications & Registration required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience
• Knowledge of building and construction.
• Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience repairing and maintaining equipment.
