We are committed to developing top hospitality talent into professionals, leaders and executives of the future. Our Leadership and Culinary Development Programs are minimum 18-month programs designed for you to understand the hotel's overall operations while specializing in several areas. Through cross-exposure experiences, and mentorship, participants will build their leadership capabilities. Upon completion of the Leadership/Management programs, graduates will be equipped to take on leadership roles within our Hotel. These Programs will also serve as a key driver for strengthening our internal talent pipelines.
The Leadership and Culinary Development Programs combines a series of rotations where you have specific milestones to mark your progress as you advance your knowledge as a Food & Beverage Management Trainee, and Rooms Management Trainee, or a Culinary Development Trainee, in order to prepare you for a future role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions, and aspirations.

Food & Beverage Management Trainee
As the Food & Beverage Trainee, under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director and the various restaurant leaders overseeing multiple outlets on a rotation: Crown & Anchor, In-Room Dining, 1609, The Beach Club, Intrepid, Duchess, and Banquets. The successful applicant will gain an understanding of F&B Operating Standards, Hiring, Scheduling, Coaching and Counseling, Performance Reviews, Health and Safety Regulations, Handling Customer Complaints, Menu Designing, Marketing events, Building Positive relationships with food and beverage vendors, Purchasing, Inventory, Budgeting, Forecasting, Managing Payroll, Month-End Financials, and participating/conducting monthly communication meetings. Upon successful graduation you will be given a full-time position as a Food & Beverage supervisor/leader.
