The Marketing Officer heads the marketing department with a staff of 5 persons, with the responsibility to manage the department to promote trade and export of rice.

 

Qualification

  • BSc degree in Marketing/Management/Supply Chain Management or MBA degree or Equivalent qualification with a minimum of three years' experience in marketing.
  • Diploma in Marketing with a minimum of eight years' experience in marketing, working in reputable companies.

 

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of Trade & Export best practices.
  • Knowledge of ASYCUDA WORLD Program will be an asset.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Work with the Team in the marketing department to improve efficiency in facilitating the export of rice.
  • Ensure compliance with the GRDB's policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct research on Global Rice Market Trends.
