We are seeking a seasoned Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for driving our company's marketing and sales efforts.

Your role will involve developing strategic marketing plans, overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring our brand's presence meets strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising campaigns.
  • Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales staff to achieve human resource objectives.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, and maintaining professional networks.
  • Setting marketing schedules and coordinating with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
  • Developing sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, including special promotions and sponsored events.
  • Addressing client inquiries about product and service benefits and maintaining excellent client relationships through superior customer service.
  • Liase with Ministry of Tourism and other industry partners to develop marketing strategies

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of seven to ten years experience in sales, marketing, business administration, business development, or a related field. 

 

The salary of the post is commensurate with qualification(s) and experience.
