Job Overview

The Project Manager, MEAL oversees and coordinates the design and implementation of the RAPID project's monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) system, in accordance with CRS program quality standards, donor requirements, and the organization's MEAL policies and practices. The position ensures that quality data, community feedback, and lessons learned from activities are generated, analyzed, and used to support evidence-based decision-making, adaptive management, and continuous improvement of project implementation. It implements complementary interventions in the areas of food assistance, nutrition, health, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as disaster risk reduction and resilience building, prioritizing a convergent approach that supports the same households through multiple essential services to sustainably improve their living conditions and reduce their vulnerability. • Lead quarterly MEAL reflection events with CRS staff and partners.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with community members and key stakeholders by engaging with them regularly, fostering open communication, and supporting their meaningful participation in program activities.
