Public Invitation to Tender (PIT)
This PIT is for the procurement of Goods, namely - Water Tanks.
The Government of Grenada has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV), in collaboration with the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Water Sector in Grenada (G-CREWS) project.
The Government of Grenada intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Water Tanks under the Challenge Fund for Agriculture (CFA). The CFA is a subcomponent of the G-CREWS project and supports farmers with Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) equipment, irrigation equipment and shade houses to promote efficient water use within the Agricultural sector.
The Grenada Development Bank (GDB) now invites bids from suppliers for water tanks, which it is procuring on behalf of beneficiary farmers approved for funding under the CFA project. It is expected that the successful Supplier will distribute these tanks to the farmers as part of their customary island wide delivery service.
This procurement is open to all eligible bidders.

Bids must be submitted electronically in English by 3:00 p.m. on Friday 28th November, 2025. Subject: “Bid for the Supply of Water Tanks (Batch 3) - G-CREWS Project”
Bids will be opened via the virtual platform immediately following the deadline for submission of Bids.
The Contract will be awarded to the Supplier/s who:
(a) is eligible and offers eligible Goods;
(b) offers the lowest evaluated price/s,
(c) submits a technically compliant Bid, and
(d) guarantees delivery, in accordance with the delivery period/s.
