The Recruitment Officer is instrumental in attracting and enrolling prospective students into the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) programmes.

 

Overview

This role requires proactive outreach, relationship building and a passion for promoting educational opportunities. The Recruitment Officer plays a vital role in expanding the reach and impact of BTVI within the technical and vocational education sector.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form, including giving presentations.
  • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support recruitment events.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field required.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, sales or related fields is advantageous.
