The Administrator within Electronic Banking will report to the Supervisor and is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to each customer on matters relating to Butterfield Online and our ATM service channels.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency when entering customer account information into Butterfield Online and other banking applications
  • performing research as required and collaborating with other departments across the Bank to resolve customer issues
  • keeping records up to date and scanning completed work daily to the department drive
  • adhering to established Bank policies and procedures within your area of responsibility, and reporting any unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities
  • acquiring and maintaining working knowledge of the various banking applications used
  • reporting, logging, and preparing incident reports for all fault occurrences with any products and providing management with completed logs as required.


About the team

At Butterfield, our Electronic Banking team enables our customers to conduct banking transactions without having to visit our Banking Centres. This includes ATM’s, online and mobile banking, whilst also offering e-commerce solutions to both local and international merchants, including the provision of multi-currency online merchant accounts for the receipt and processing of payments. Your qualifications and skills include:

  • high school diploma or recognised equivalent
  • minimum of three years of relevant work experience
  • sound working knowledge of MS Office suite of products; especially Excel and Word
  • must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • self-motivated, mature, reliable professional with the demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member within a very demanding work environment.
