The incumbent will respond promptly to guest and department requests, maintain and restock supplies, clean and prepare guest rooms, and perform various housekeeping duties.
The incumbent assists with problem payments, handles guest check-ins and payments, anticipates sold-out situations, coordinates guest requests, and maintains accurate records during their shift.
The incumbent will develop and manage budgets, lead the Food and Beverage team, ensure exceptional customer service, conduct human resource activities, and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
