Aide B

Key responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly cleans all assigned areas including damp dusting of patients’ bed legs/hand railings/headboards/etc.
• Cleans maids’ utility carts and equipment as well as spot/sponge-cleans corridor walls and partitioning.
• Damp mops all rooms and empties trash and replaces liners.
• Replenishes various dispensers.
• Cleans patients’ toilets, nursing stations, medical rooms, examination and utility rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Washing and polishing of all metal and wooden furniture.

Qualifications & Registration required:

• High school graduate preferred.
• Knowledge of related cleaning equipment would be advantageous. 
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to frequently move, lift & carry heavy objects.
• Able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, stretch etc.
• Able to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Able to provide good customer service.

Shift Schedule: Part Time - Weekends & Public Holidays.
