Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Training & Development is responsible for supporting the Talent & Development Manager in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the Bank's training and employee development programs. The incumbent plays a key role in identifying competency gaps, developing targeted learning solutions, and ensuring training initiatives align with organizational objectives, operational requirements, and employee career development needs.
Additionally, the incumbent provides leadership and supervision to the training team, oversees employee development plans, and monitors the effectiveness of learning initiatives to support workforce readiness, professional growth, and organizational success.
