IDB Invest is establishing a Talent Pool of highly qualified Investment Management Analysts or Associates to support current and future business needs across the Financial Institutions, Corporates, and Infrastructure & Energy sectors in the Caribbean

 

About this Talent Pool

The ideal talent should have experience or be interested in developing innovative financing solutions, managing client relationships, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable development impact across the Caribbean region. 

 

What you might do:

Support the origination, structuring, negotiation, approval, and execution of loan, quasi-equity, and equity investments across corporate, infrastructure, and energy sectors in the Caribbean region. Contribute to client relationship management, business development, due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, transaction execution, and market research, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess opportunities, manage risks, and deliver innovative financing solutions.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.  
  • Experience:1-2 years of relevant professional experience in loan and investment analysis or origination, structured finance (project finance), and corporate finance transactions. Experience supporting the analysis and structuring of complex transactions across a broad range of financial instruments and products, as well as working with institutional investors, would be highly valued. Previous exposure to investment firms, advisory firms, development banks, or infrastructure companies is desirable. 
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is required. Spanish, Portuguese or French would be a plus.

    The incumbent develops regional surveillance programs, improves immunization coverage, trains healthcare staff in outbreak response and reporting, and analyzes disease data to guide public health interventions.

    Physiotherapist (HPC/PT 1) - Annotto Bay Hospital - Annotto Bay
    The incumbent will be responsible to examine, plan and administer treatment programmes for patients to improve and/or restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following injury, disease or loss of body part(s).
