Spa & Fitness Supervisor

CORE FUNCTIONS

Guest and Employee Support

• Advise employees on property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other relevant updates.
• Answer questions about services, property amenities, and guest treatments.
• Confirm guest details and treatment schedules; monitor and maintain daily schedule.
• Notify providers of schedule changes and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Sales and Inventory

• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.

Maintenance and Safety

• Inspect work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure company standards are met.
• Notify Engineering of maintenance or repair needs.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.

Management Support

• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivating employees.
• Serve as a role model for staff and support team goals.

Professional Conduct

• Follow company policies and procedures; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express appreciation.
• Communicate clearly, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer phones using proper etiquette.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 10 pounds.

Other Duties

• Perform additional reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
