The incumbent provides efficient teller services, balances cash, promotes bank products, resolves client concerns professionally, and ensures adherence to procedural checks and cross-training requirements.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for the management of relationships with a portfolio of mid to high-net-worth clients in order to meet the Division’s business objectives.
The incumbent will collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee the successful running operation of the Branch location, to ensure that services are delivered in line with internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
The incumbent administers complex trust structures, manages client and advisor relationships, ensures legal and AML compliance, monitors profitability, and provides leadership to direct reports.
The incumbent assists in developing business and compliance processes, manages financial crime reviews and risk assessments, maintains procedural manuals, oversees testing programs, and supervises the Trust Control Team.
The incumbent manages a portfolio of fiduciary structures, provides personalized client service as a trusted advisor, ensures operational and compliance excellence, and contributes to business growth and sales targets.
The position reports to the Vault Supervisor, Bermuda Operations, and will be responsible for handling large sums of cash in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. The Administrator is also responsible for maintaining ATM cash levels.
This position reports to AVP, Corporate Secretarial Management and is responsible for the corporate administration of a portfolio of client entities and serves as a resource to the Trust teams.
