The incumbent administers employee benefits (including unemployment claims), facilitates training and orientation programs, and maintains employee relations through open communication, progressive discipline support, and issue resolution.

The incumbent provides urgent medical care in the Emergency Department, stabilizes critically ill patients, consults specialists, maintains accurate documentation, and responds to hospital-wide emergencies.
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide medical and psychiatric care to patients in the Rehabilitation Inpatient Programmes and the Community Programme at MWI.
The position will require the post holder to provide direct patient care including chemotherapy and patient assessment, coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings, e.g. tumour board, collect and prepare department statistics.
