To develop, implement and communicate Human Resource policies and procedure for recruitment, retention and development of staff that are competent and motivated to perform their roles and functions in accomplishing the Agency’s mission, goals
The incumbent is responsible for the management, implementation and monitoring of the Commitment Planning and Control mechanisms ensuring that expenditures are within the limits of the approved budget and warrant allocation in respect of the Ministry
The incumbent maintains and supports the various points of contact with other jurisdictions for culture and the creative industries; and also conducts the necessary research to create and maintain the relevant databases on behalf of the Ministry.
Under the direction of the Director, Entertainment Policy and Monitoring, the Director Entertainment is responsible for providing support to the Entertainment Division on all aspects of entertainment policy, legislation, projects and programmes.
The incumbent will provide high level victim support services including emotional, technical support to victims of crime. In addition the incumbent is responsible for maintaining high quality relationship with the Division’s partners and stakeholders
