As Technical Consultant, you will provide senior-level technical and advisory support to the Sector Specialist and IDB project teams on innovative solutions to water, sanitation, drainage, and solid waste developmental challenges in Jamaica.
The incumbent stages, scans, and stows cargo for non-intrusive inspections to detect contraband, enforce customs and drug laws, and maintain safety standards at ports of entry.
The incumbent manages statutory records, validates and assesses public officials' filings for completeness, conducts risk analyses and third-party verifications, and promotes compliance with the Integrity Commission Act.

The incumbent builds strategic alliances, manages collaboration pipelines and Memoranda of Understanding, conducts advocacy and outreach, and tracks partnership commitments for the ACS.
The Political Officer monitors regional developments, provides strategic advisory support, prepares high-level diplomatic documentation, and manages inter-governmental meetings and mandate-tracking systems for the ACS.
